About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Outreach Specialist to support our link-building and partnerships work. The role focuses on researching relevant websites, finding accurate contact details, and helping run structured outreach campaigns. This person should be organized, careful with data, and comfortable working from clear processes. What You’ll Do Prospect research: Find relevant websites, blogs, publishers, and potential content partners. Contact discovery: Identify suitable contact details for editors, website owners, authors, or partnership teams. Email verification: Check contact accuracy before outreach. Outreach support: Send approved outreach emails and follow-ups. Pipeline tracking: Keep spreadsheets or CRM records clean, deduped, and updated. Opportunity tracking: Track replies, next steps, and potential link opportunities. Quality control: Check that prospects are relevant and legitimate. Reporting: Share regular updates on prospects found, emails sent, replies received, and opportunities created. What We’re Looking For Experience with web research, lead generation, outreach, or admin support. Strong attention to detail and good spreadsheet habits. Good written English for professional email communication. Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Ahrefs, Hunter, Apollo, Snov.io, or similar tools. Able to follow repeatable processes and document work clearly. Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, guest posting, or digital PR is a plus.
