We’re looking for Virtual Assistants with Scheduling experience for our Homecare offices across the US. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, issues, and emergencies. Handle caregiver and client schedule coordination. Monitor caregiver clock in and clock out. Ensure timely communication and resolution. Requirements Must have reliable equipment and internet connection (at least Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 with 8GB of RAM) (at least 50Mbps average internet speed). Must be flexible to any working shifts. Willing to work in US time zone. 6\+ months of healthcare VA/BPO experience. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as AxisCare/WellSky.
