We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing wellness platform based in the UAE. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll play a key role in scaling the business by managing operations, coordinating premium events, building strategic partnerships, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business operations and project execution. Lead the planning and delivery of wellness events and experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, practitioners, sponsors, and strategic partners. Coordinate partnership initiatives and sponsorship opportunities. Oversee project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and logistics. Support business development and partnership outreach. Manage contracts, invoices, and operational administration. Ensure every event and partnership reflects a premium customer experience. Collaborate closely with the founders on strategic initiatives and company growth.
