Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and highly dependable Senior Recruitment Specialist to serve as a senior-level individual contributor, not a people manager. As a lean and fast-growing company, we need a true “jack-of-all-trades” recruiter who can independently own the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse and specialized roles. The ideal candidate can effectively manage client requirements, source and assess qualified talent, and strategically use AI, modern sourcing platforms, and recruitment systems throughout the end-to-end recruitment process to improve quality, speed, communication, reporting, and overall recruitment efficiency. This is a 100% remote position based in the Philippines, offering flexible hours, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work directly with corporate leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Work with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, professional communities, social media, and other channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against technical, functional, and client requirements. Prepare qualified candidates for client endorsement. Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Provide regular recruitment status reports to clients and management. Build talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles. Leverage AI and recruitment technologies throughout the full recruitment lifecycle to improve sourcing, screening, assessment, research, communication, reporting, and overall recruitment efficiency. Contribute to recruitment process improvements and market/salary research. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting within a BPO, staff leasing/offshore staffing, RPO, IT services, executive search, or similar environment. Demonstrated experience recruiting technology and/or financial services professionals. Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and passive candidate sourcing. Experience using an ATS or recruitment tracking system. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or AI-enabled recruitment/sourcing platforms. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Preferred Experience recruiting software developers, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, AI, or other technical professionals. Experience recruiting financial services, trading, middle/back-office, market data, or FinTech roles. Working knowledge of common programming languages and technology concepts sufficient to understand technical job requirements. Experience working directly with international clients.
