We are hiring a CPA with experience in audit and compliance to support financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform audit and compliance tasks in line with PFRS and regulations Review financial statements and identify issues or risks Support and improve internal controls and processes Coordinate with management and external auditors Assist in budgeting and financial planning Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other requirements Qualifications Licensed CPA 3–5 years of experience in audit, accounting, or compliance Knowledge of PFRS and Philippine tax regulations Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Location: Cagayan de Oro (preferred) | Open to other locations Job Type: Full-time Benefits Company events Opportunities for promotion Work from home Work Location: Remote
