HR Assistant

Job Description

Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).  1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, L&D, or employee engagement capacity.  Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage  Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.  Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)  Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
