RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Setup: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Work From Home) Schedule Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 60,000 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills, particularly in discussing employment terms and job offers Professional, proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, assessments, and test administration Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements before onboarding Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates Partner closely with management and project leads to understand hiring requirements and timelines Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned Benefits 12 Vacation Leaves (VL) 6 Sick Leaves (SL) HMO Coverage One-Month Lodging Assistance for successful candidates relocating from the province Pay: Php60,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
