About The Role We are seeking a highly organised and knowledgeable Project Manager & Estimator to join our client's Australian residential construction team. This is a critical part-time role for someone who understands the nuances of the Australian residential build process and can seamlessly integrate into existing systems and workflows to provide operational and sales support. Key Responsibilities Tender & Estimating Support: Assist with the preparation of tenders and provide accurate estimating support for residential projects. Project Coordination: Manage and track project tasks and progress using platforms like ClickUp and internal systems. Sales Support: Follow up on incoming sales leads, provide support to the sales team, and manage client inquiries. Operational & Admin Support: Offer general administrative and operational assistance to ensure projects run smoothly. Process Adherence: Quickly learn and adhere to established company processes, procedures, and workflows. What You'll Bring Australian Residential Construction Expertise: A solid, demonstrable understanding of the Australian residential construction industry is essential. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project coordination, task management, and keeping projects on track. Estimating Skills: Experience in providing estimating support and understanding construction costs.
