Develop and execute the annual training plan aligned with business objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate business requirements into impactful learning solutions. Design, coordinate, and evaluate technical, behavioral, leadership, and regulatory training programs. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities. Support leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Drive employee engagement, culture, and other Organizational Development initiatives. Manage external training providers, consultants, facilitators, and learning partners. Track and analyze training effectiveness, participation, learning outcomes, and KPIs. Ensure mandatory and regulatory learning requirements are effectively implemented and monitored. Prepare reports and presentations for management on learning and organizational development initiatives. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in Training, Organizational Development, or HR — preferably within banking or financial services. Hands-on experience in TNA, training program development, facilitation, and learning evaluation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, or competency frameworks is a plus. Strong analytical, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
