Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our software services, enterprise SaaS products, and custom AI integration solutions. In this role, you will identify, target, and secure strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, helping them modernize their operations through cutting-edge technology. You must have a solid track record of selling software services and establishing long-term enterprise partnerships. A strong blend of technical literacy and business acumen is essential for success. Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities for enterprise software services, custom SaaS deployments, and AI integration projects. Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute a pipeline of enterprise-level partnerships, managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation to closing. Consultative Selling: Understand complex enterprise pain points and clearly articulate how our SaaS and AI integration services solve those challenges. Collaborate Externally & Internally: Work closely with client C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and our internal technical teams to scope realistic, high-value solutions. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and enterprise SaaS to identify new market opportunities and position our services effectively. Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a closely related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience, specifically within software services and SaaS. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale enterprise partnerships and achieving sales quotas. Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration concepts. You must be able to confidently discuss technical solutions with CTOs and IT directors.
