We are looking for an Instructional Design Strategist to lead the development, optimization, and management of training programs that empower healthcare Virtual Assistants and support teams to succeed. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented instructional designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming complex processes into impactful learning experiences. What You'll Do Transform subject matter expert content into structured, learner-centered training programs Design and develop asynchronous LMS courses, quizzes, simulations, micro-learning activities, and knowledge checks Create training materials for instructor-led sessions, including presentations, guides, walkthroughs, and handouts Apply adult learning principles and behavior-based design methodologies to improve learner engagement and retention Develop practical learning tools that enhance communication, professionalism, and operational effectiveness Align training content with readiness assessments, competency evaluations, and performance benchmarks Analyze learner feedback and training outcomes to continuously improve course effectiveness Conduct regular content reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and relevance Maintain revision logs and coordinate training updates with key stakeholders Manage course structure, learner access, tagging systems, and reporting within TalentLMS Monitor LMS analytics to identify learner challenges and optimize learning pathways Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed Maintain standardized templates and best practices for training content development Ensure version control across LMS modules, Google Drive repositories, and training documentation Conduct quality assurance reviews on learning materials, visuals, links, and processes Support integrations and learner tracking across business systems Own launch readiness checklists and QA processes for new learning initiatives Partner closely with Training Managers, Project Owners, Operations Leaders, and Trainers Participate in pilot testing, feedback sessions, and post-launch evaluations Help shape scalable learning solutions that support organizational growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training, or adult education Experience developing and managing LMS-based learning programs (TalentLMS or similar platforms) Strong instructional writing, content organization, and visual design skills Proficiency with: TalentLMS Google Workspace (G Suite) Canva Jotform Vyond Miro Loom Other learning and content management tools Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centered design Highly organized with excellent project management and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience supporting healthcare, dental, medical, billing, or virtual assistant operations Familiarity with healthcare workflows and remote workforce training Knowledge of SCORM standards, LMS reporting, tracking, and backend configurations Why Join Us?
