All Green Solution is looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Caller to help generate new business opportunities. We are seeking someone who is confident on the phone, communicates professionally, and knows how to build rapport with potential clients. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients. Introduce our commercial cleaning services in a professional manner. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Meet daily and weekly calling goals. Qualifications Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience is required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English speaking skills. Confident, persistent, and results-driven. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Schedule Part-time Flexible hours (to be discussed) Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
