Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Import Logistics Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end inbound shipment operations. This role is responsible for coordinating import shipments, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and smooth communication across all parties involved in the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end import shipments Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, suppliers, customers, and customs brokers Arrange bookings, routing, and scheduling of inbound shipments Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery Prepare and review import shipping documents (e.g., BL, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list) Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements for imports Handle shipment updates, delays, rollovers, and exceptions proactively Coordinate customs clearance and delivery requirements Provide regular status updates and solutions to clients and internal teams Maintain accurate records and update systems (e.g., CargoWise or similar platforms) Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in import logistics or freight forwarding Proven experience handling import shipments end-to-end Knowledge of air and sea freight import processes, documentation, and customs procedures Familiarity with international shipping regulations Experience with CargoWise or other logistics systems is an advantage Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer P20,000 – 30,000 monthly Salary review after 3 months Recognition through incentives \& client appreciation rewards 12 days annual leave Staff meal provided Hybrid in Cebu (twice a month)/ Work-from-home flexibility \| Full-time Pay: Php20,000\.00 - Php30,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
