Job Description We are looking for a Remote IT Technician based in the Philippines to join our team! We’re not your average IT shop. We’re a Managed Service Provider that keeps businesses, Medical Practices, and Schools running, secure, and ahead of the curve. We solve problems, protect data, and empower our clients to do what they do best — and we have a blast doing it. Responsibilities Handle escalated help desk tickets that need advanced troubleshooting skills. Provide remote support to clients for troubleshooting, installations, and project work. Tackle complex issues involving Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and more. Configure, maintain, and optimize Hardware, Networks, and Business applications. Implement Cybersecurity best practices and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) policies to keep clients safe. Skills 4\+ years of IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environment). Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Networking. Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, and data backup/recovery. Someone who enjoys both working with people and solving technical issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, while diligently documenting work and following processes. Bonus Points For VoIP experience (3CX). Certifications like CompTIA Network\+, Security\+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop/Azure Administrator. Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools. College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related discipline; professional Microsoft Certification is a plus. Hardware Repair experience.
