This role requires an HR professional with a strong continuous improvement mindset, focusing on enhancing and streamlining existing HR processes. You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with a continuous improvement mindset. Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies, propose, and implement process improvements across HR functions to optimize workflow. Training & Development: Facilitate employee training programs, equipping our team with essential skills and fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Employee Communications: Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, and manage internal HR communications with discretion. Onboarding & Offboarding for new hires and departing employees. Scheduling & Logistics : Coordinate travel and scheduling for employees as needed. Location 100% work from home (remote) Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Standard Time (Time in Houston, Texas, USA), Saturday as needed Required: 18-month minimum commitment required 80 hours PTO Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking capabilities are essential. Excellent English communication skills Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and adept at adapting quickly to new tools. Problem-Solver: Solutions-focused, autonomous, and resilient under pressure. Analytical Skills: High IQ, logical thinker, strong analytical ability, quick to learn, and articulate in both verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
