Position: Salesforce \& IT Admin Location: Hybrid Setup at Makati City Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift, aligned with US time zone) About Us Identiti International, Inc. serves as the centralized Shared Services hub for Identiti , a leading U.S.-based signage and branding company. We are dedicated to providing standardized, high-quality technical operations support to our international clientele and various U.S. business units. The Role We are looking for a Salesforce \& IT Admin to anchor our technical operations. In this highly responsible position, you will connect our physical hardware infrastructure with our cloud-based business software. Your core focus will be spearheading IT migration initiatives, maintaining flawless office network connectivity, and acting as the primary technical expert for our Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities Asset Management \& Provisioning: Take full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets (laptops, desktops, and peripherals). This includes leading the IT migration for new hires, hardware imaging, and maintaining an accurate real-time inventory. Network Administration: Oversee and maintain the office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, and ISP coordination) to ensure zero downtime for our Makati hub. Salesforce Support: Act as a functional technical lead for Salesforce, managing user permissions, troubleshooting access issues, and assisting with basic report generation to support our business units. New Hire Onboarding: Ensure every new team member is "Ready to Work" on Day 1 by managing their hardware setup, software credentials, and technical orientation. Technical Troubleshooting: Provide support for internal staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency. What we're looking for Experience: 3\+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or IT Systems Administrator. Salesforce Mastery: Expert-level configuration of objects, fields, Lightning Flows , and security (Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules). Onboarding \& Provisioning: Full ownership of the "Ready to Work" Day 1 process, including hardware setup, software licensing, and technical orientation. Technical Support: Primary lead for internal troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues to minimize downtime. System Integrity: Proven ability to manage data backups, API integrations, and third-party AppExchange applications. Analytics: Skilled in building advanced reports and dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Communication: Ability to provide clear technical support and training to users of varying technical skill levels. Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
