Position Overview This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of building materials and construction methods, excellent documentation abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare full Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Estimate labor, materials, and site equipment costs prior to project commencement Review construction drawings and specifications Verify supplier/subcontractor quotations and issue purchase orders for site work Assist with client sales estimates and upgrade cost calculations Work with contract drawings Ensure all project costs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements Research and maintain up-to-date market pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates About You Excellent English communication skills (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction estimating Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Skilled in quantity take-offs and material estimation from plans Knowledge of construction methods, materials, terminology, and costing Strong understanding of the residential construction process from initial stages through to construction What We Offer Permanent work-from-home arrangement Highly competitive salary package Supportive and professional team environment focused on collaboration and excellence Exposure to a variety of residential and development projects Potential opportunities for team leadership based on skills and performance How To Apply Please send your resume along with a brief explanation of why you are a good fit for the role to: HR@Luxis.com.au 职位类型：全职, 兼职 薪资： Php40,000.00至Php60,000.00（每月 ） Work Location: Remote
