The International Logistics & Transportation Analyst supports domestic and international transportation operations, carrier management, logistics coordination, shipment visibility, freight analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Works closely with internal teams, customers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation services. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor international, ocean export, and cross-border shipments. Support domestic transportation operations, including truckload, LTL, intermodal, drayage, and expedited freight. Track shipments, manage exceptions, and ensure timely delivery performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and transportation providers. Assist with carrier sourcing, onboarding, capacity planning, and performance management. Support transportation bids, rate negotiations, contracts, and carrier selection processes. Monitor carrier compliance, insurance, safety ratings, and risk management requirements. Analyze freight costs, carrier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Review freight invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and support financial reporting. Maintain transportation data, KPIs, carrier scorecards, and operational reports. Utilize logistics systems and visibility tools to support shipment tracking and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Warehousing, and external partners. Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and special logistics projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, carrier relations, or international logistics. Experience in ocean freight, cross-border transportation, and domestic freight operations is preferred. Knowledge of carrier sourcing, transportation procurement, rate negotiations, capacity management, and carrier performance monitoring. Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
