Responsibilities Monitor market demand, seasonality, and competitor rates Support and adjust dynamic pricing strategy across listings Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace Update pricing rules and recommendations across booking platforms Flag pricing or demand trends that need attention Requirements At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, revenue management, or a related analytical role Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Comfortable working with numbers, trends, and performance metrics daily Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or AirDNA Background in short-term rental, hospitality, or real estate analytics Pay: Php50,000\.00 - Php100,000\.00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home Application Question(s): Do you have at least one (1\) year of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or a related analytical role?
