Our teams work across regions to source, sell, and deliver products through both online and offline channels — and we run our sales floor with the discipline of a product team: daily stand-ups, clear KPIs, and a single source of truth in our CRM. Role Overview We are looking for a technically capable, detail-oriented Scrum Master to support and monitor our global sales team. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role — you will be embedded in daily sales operations, owning CRM governance, process compliance, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily Scrum calls with sales representatives across regions — tracking leads, follow-ups, offers, and deal progress Onboard every new sales hire onto Fouress CRM protocols — explain workflows, field usage standards, data entry rules, and reporting expectations Monitor sales executives for adherence to all CRM procedures and escalate non-compliance Actively use Zoho CRM daily — create, update, and audit records as needed Track and report on sales KPIs using Power BI dashboards Identify process gaps and flag them to management with data to back it up Maintain documentation of CRM SOPs and update them as protocols evolve Coordinate between sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure pipeline visibility Requirements 2–4 years in a sales coordination, CRM operations, or Scrum/project coordination role Hands-on experience with any CRM; Zoho CRM is a strong plus Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are process-driven and comfortable holding others accountable to standards Communicate clearly and confidently across regions, time zones, and seniority levels Are detail-obsessed — clean data and consistent documentation matter to you Can turn observations into structured, data-backed recommendations for management How To Apply Send your resume with the subject line “Sales Scrum Master & CRM Coordinator” to careers@fouressynergy.com .
