About The Role As Product Head (Credit Cards), you will be you will be responsible for aligning the cards product strategy with company business goals, developing value propositions to meet customer needs and grow the portfolio, managing marketing efforts from analysis to launch and evaluation, ensuring profitability and leading migration initiatives, crafting activation and anti-attrition programs for 0–3 MOB customers, and continuously enhancing the rewards program to support products. How you'll contribute Draws insights from data, customers and portfolio movement to develop business proposals aimed at improving product performance. Oversee product operations to ensure strategic execution and customer experience, fosters collaboration across stakeholders. Works closely with support groups and key enablers to drive business metrics and mitigate risks related to product delivery. Owns product performance monitoring and drives agile enhancements to grow the portfolio; innovates offerings, communications, and experiences to elevate customer engagement. Effectively articulates product vision and strategies to enable communication leads in developing high‑impact go‑to‑market materials across channels. Orchestrates strategy and execution across units to drive business metrics. Mentors team members to exceed expectations and achieve career aspirations What we’re looking for Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial services. Proven expertise in credit card product management or portfolio leadership, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer insights, and profitability drivers. Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, design, launch, and post-launch evaluation With track record of enhancing rewards programs and loyalty platforms to strengthen product competitiveness. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
