If you can write a quotable line a journalist actually wants to use, respond fast, and treat reporters like relationships (not lottery tickets), keep reading. If you need three coffees and a committee to write two paragraphs, this isn't it. THE MONEY Base salary is $450/month, and then you stack performance bonuses on top of it, monthly: - T1: 200\+ pitches and 10 high-traffic links landed \= \+$100 - T2: 200\+ pitches and 15 links \= \+$200 - T3: 250\+ pitches and 20 links \= \+$300 - T4: 250\+ pitches and 25 links \= \+$400 - T5: 300\+ pitches and 30 links \= \+$500 - T6: 300\+ pitches and 35\+ links \= \+$600 So a strong month \= $1,050\+. Miss a tier by a link or two? You still get partial credit. We don't do all or nothing. Plus: \+$100/month for staying on top of admin standards Regularization (paid leave \+ Philippine holidays) after two strong consecutive months Yearly bonuses for top performers We pay for value created. Links that go live count, even if a client pauses or pays late. That's on us, not you. WHO WE WANT - Real writing experience (1\+ year preferred) plus a portfolio or samples: pitches, articles, or marketing copy. Non-negotiable. - Excellent written English with editorial judgment. Your work should read publication-ready. - Speed. Media queries reward whoever's quick AND good, so aim to be in the first 50 responses. - A relationship mindset. You're polite, professional, and build rapport with journalists over time. - Bonus points: a feel for media relations, PR strategy, or SEO link building. You sell the story, not the company. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO - Write tight, quotable pitches packed with soundbites reporters can lift straight into their piece. - Work query platforms (HARO, Featured, etc.). Submit fast, follow up professionally. - Manage your media correspondence with clarity, tone, and consistency. We'll train you on our exact tools and strategy. You bring the writing skill, we'll handle the rest.
