About This Role We're hiring a Generative Media Systems Producer to own the media production layer of a multi-platform digital ecosystem — turning approved content into audiobooks, videos, course media, and social assets, and building the AI workflows that make that output fast, consistent, and repeatable. You'll work alongside our GHL Developer, AI Automation Specialist, Graphic Designer, and PM as part of a small, close-knit remote team. What You Will Own Audio production: voice cloning, audiobook and podcast production, mastering, pronunciation libraries, chapter exports (ElevenLabs) Video production: cinematic trailers, YouTube and course videos, promotional reels, short-form and avatar-based content Image production: prompt library management, cover and illustration generation, thumbnails, visual and character consistency Documentation: prompts, workflows, naming conventions, and production checklists, written so any team member could pick up the process Quality assurance: review all media before publication for natural narration, brand consistency, and production readiness R&D: track emerging AI media tools and bring recommendations before they become standard What You Must Bring Experience with some or most of: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast, or Descript (audio); Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, Hedra, or CapCut (video); ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Flux, or Photoshop AI (images) Strong documentation habits, able to turn a workflow into something someone else could follow Curiosity and initiative, comfortable experimenting with new tools No requirement to know every platform on day one; ability to learn fast and document as you go matters more The Environment Fildesk operates in a values-led, neurodivergent-affirming work culture.
