The Role If you're a UX/UI designer who gets how people actually use websites, this is your role. You'll design web experiences from initial wireframes and user flows through to polished, production-ready UI. You'll work directly with our strategy and creative teams to turn briefs into sites that are intuitive, on-brand and built to perform. The clients are varied, the pace is fast and the quality bar is high. We want someone who thinks about how people move through a product, not just how it looks. Portfolio required. Your application won't be reviewed without a link to your web design work. We need to see how you approach UX problems and what your UI output looks like. No portfolio, no consideration. What You'll Be Doing Website UX and UI design across the full project lifecycle: discovery, wireframing, user flows, prototyping and final UI for developer handoff Building components, design systems and prototypes that developers can actually work from. Sloppy handoffs don't fly here Applying client brand guidelines consistently across web environments so the UI reflects the brand without feeling templated Working with strategy and content teams to make sure design serves the actual goal, whether that's driving conversions, explaining a product or building trust with a new audience Handling feedback and revisions from clients and internal review. Thick skin and fast turnarounds both matter These audiences are design-literate and they notice dated patterns What We're Looking For Prior experience designing websites or web products, with a portfolio that shows real UX thinking, not just good-looking screens. We want evidence you understand how people navigate and what gets them to act. If you already know these audiences, we won't need to walk you through the basics. We want people who take initiative, own their work and want to get better at it. How To Apply Send your CV and a link to your portfolio. Applications without a portfolio won't be considered.
