Key Responsibilities • Monitor day to day telehealth and assistance operations to ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor incoming emails • In coming and outgoing calls • Oversee case queues, task lists, and ensure timely completion of all operational activities. • Coordinate with doctors, admin staff, and external partners to maintain service continuity. • Ensure all operational logs, trackers, and systems are updated accurately. • Ensure patient bookings, follow ups, and documentation are processed correctly. • Review case notes, ensure completeness, and escalate clinical matters appropriately. • Coordinate with GPs for scripts, referrals, medical reports, and follow up actions. • Maintain quality control across all patient interactions and documentation. • Maintain accurate records, case files, and compliance required documentation. • Follow privacy, confidentiality, and data protection protocols. • Assist with internal audits and process reviews. • Assist with invoicing checks, third party charges, and operational expense tracking. • Coordinate with external providers, insurers, and clinics when required • Act as a central communication point between the Director, GPs, admin staff, and external partners. • Draft and send operational updates, reminders, and follow ups. • Maintain professional communication standards across all channels. • Monitor for operational risks, delays, or service disruptions. • Escalate urgent matters to the Director immediately. • Assist in resolving patient complaints, system issues, or workflow bottlenecks.
