About Carenami Carenami is a Silicon Valley–based startup disrupting the senior care space in the United States. We are building the “ Uber for Senior Care ”, a technology-enabled platform that connects seniors with fully vetted, trained, and compassionate caregivers. Our mission is to make high-quality, flexible senior care accessible and affordable for families across the US. As we grow, we are looking for a driven, articulate, and highly persistent Business Development Executive to help us convert inbound and outbound leads, build strong relationships with families, and develop partnerships with senior care organizations. Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for speaking with families and seniors who are looking for care, understanding their needs, explaining Carenami’s services, and helping them move forward in the onboarding process. This role also includes developing B2B partnerships with senior living facilities, hospitals, geriatric care managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, and other organizations that serve seniors. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls every day, following up consistently, and building trust with prospective clients and referral partners. Key Responsibilities B2C Lead Calling and Conversion Call families and seniors who are interested in Carenami’s services. Make a high volume of daily outbound and follow-up calls. Understand each family’s care needs, urgency, schedule, location, and budget. Explain Carenami’s services, pricing, and process clearly. Build trust, follow up consistently, and move qualified leads toward onboarding. Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up dates. B2B Partnership Development Identify and reach out to referral partners such as senior living facilities, rehabilitation centers, geriatric care managers, and discharge planners. Make outbound calls and send emails to introduce Carenami’s services. Schedule introductory meetings with potential referral partners. Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with organizations serving seniors and families. Track partner contacts, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM. Sales Operations and CRM Management Update CRM records daily with call notes, lead status, next steps, and follow-up dates. Track key sales activities, including call volume, connected calls, qualified leads, conversions, and partnership outreach. Use structured sales scripts while adapting conversations based on each prospect’s needs. Share feedback from families and referral partners to help improve Carenami’s sales process and messaging. Work Hours Must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours . Typical schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday . Ideal Candidate Experience in sales, business development, customer success, and healthcare sales. Prior experience selling to U.S. customers is strongly preferred. Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to understand American accents clearly. Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day. Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
