WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED Internal Sales Associates (ISA)/ Appointment Setter to cold call leads and set solid phone appointments with home buyers or sellers for our clients. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE cold calling and setting appointments for US real estate team (not property management) This is a part-time opportunity. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as an ISA/Appointment Setter is required Cold Calling experience in US real estate Familiarity of Lofty CRM is a plus Experience in sending texts and emails using a CRM Excellent English Skills, No heavy local accents. Ability to work independently Easily adapts to changes Detail Oriented Has no issues using trackers Can work at US Time Zones Requirements Personal Desktop/Laptop with at least Core i5 or above (at least 4GB RAM) High-speed and stable internet connection Back-up Internet Connection Wired headset with built-in microphone (preferably noise-canceling) Back up or second location for power outage required At least 2 references required for interview Pay Rate: $5 - $6 /Hourly rate based on experience Please send a PDF copy of your resume to admin@globalsolutionsca.com.
