Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls) – Remote \| Philippines Compensation $450 USD/month base \+ performance bonuses Schedule Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1-hour break) Location: Remote (Philippines) About The Role We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals who can confidently speak with homeowners, qualify prospects, and set high-quality appointments for our roofing specialists. This is a performance-based role where strong communicators and driven individuals can thrive and earn additional bonuses. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S. Qualify prospects based on set criteria Schedule roofing inspection appointments for the sales team Accurately document call details and appointment notes Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow What We’re Looking For Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional) Previous sales, call center, or lead generation experience is a plus Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Reliable internet connection and dedicated work setup Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload internet speed Minimum 8 GB RAM Quiet work environment suitable for calls Compensation \& Performance Base pay: $450 USD/month Bonus: $5 USD per qualified appointment Bi-weekly payments Qualified appointments must meet company standards and will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
