The Company Sea of Stars (SoS) is a women-owned and operated artisanal jewelry brand originating in Toronto, Canada. Inspired by the ocean, nature, and nostalgia, Sea of Stars creates handcrafted gemstone jewelry designed to celebrate individuality, adventure, and self-expression. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a visionary Creative Director to help shape the future of our brand. The Position Sea of Stars is seeking a Creative Director to lead the overall creative vision of the brand. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution, overseeing branding, campaigns, content, photography, videography, and digital experiences. You'll work closely with the founder to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the Sea of Stars identity while continuously elevating the brand's visual storytelling. Requirements Proven experience leading creative projects or building brand identities Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, or creative direction Strong understanding of design principles, photography, videography, and digital marketing Experience managing creative workflows and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior Experience in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce marketing is an advantage Responsibilities Define and maintain the overall creative vision of Sea of Stars Conceptualize and direct campaigns for product launches and seasonal collections Oversee the creative execution of photography, videography, graphic design, website visuals, and social media content Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling storytelling and brand campaigns Ensure consistency across all digital and print brand materials Review and provide feedback on creative assets before publication Research emerging trends while preserving Sea of Stars' unique identity Develop creative strategies that strengthen customer engagement and brand recognition Mentor and provide creative guidance to designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators as the team grows Job Type: Part-time (with opportunity to transition to full-time) Benefits Flexible schedule Flextime Work from home Opportunities for promotion Performance bonuses Significant creative ownership and influence over the brand's direction Opportunity to grow with an international jewelry brand Pay: From Php10,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
