About This Role We are building a dedicated six-person team to service a long-term client engagement. As SMM Specialist you keep the content engine running — producing and scheduling social posts, uploading blog content, managing platform accounts, and maintaining the content calendar that feeds the ecosystem. You will work directly under the PM/GHL Lead and alongside a GHL Developer, AI Automation Specialist, and Graphic Designer. Your work is assessed against a defined quality standard before anything is published. You are expected to plan ahead, produce on-brand, and document what you run. What You Will Own Social media post production and scheduling across platforms Blog uploads and on-platform content publishing Content calendar creation and maintenance Platform account management and day-to-day community engagement Coordinating with the Graphic Designer for visual assets and the AI Automation Specialist for automated distribution Basic performance tracking and reporting on content Content documentation and SOP notes What You Must Bring Social media — demonstrated, not described Accounts or campaigns you have produced and managed, with examples Post production — assembling copy and visuals for multiple platforms Scheduling tools and content calendar discipline Familiarity with platform best practices — Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others Basic analytics reading and reporting Technical Skills Social scheduling tools — native schedulers, Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent Canva or basic design tooling for fast production Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Drive Google Chat (primary team communication platform) GHL social planner familiarity an advantage Work Standards Strong written English — copy and async communication must be clear and on-brand Able to work from a documented content brief and calendar without hand-holding Content submitted scheduled and documented — not ad hoc Comfortable producing at pace across multiple active accounts What We Are Not Looking For Candidates who only post without planning or measuring People unable to write clean, on-brand English copy Those who need extensive supervision to keep a calendar moving The Environment Fildesk operates in a values-led, neurodivergent-affirming work culture.
