WEB MASTER Description: The Web Master will ensure the uptime, security, and optimal performance of our sites while overseeing the development, updates, and optimization of website features and functionality. You will collaborate with teams to ensure our websites run smoothly, implement digital campaigns, and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance user experience. Requirements \& Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field. Proven experience managing and developing websites with expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL. Experience with Elementor Pro and eCommerce platforms is a plus. Strong proficiency in website development and web technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL). Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress. Solid understanding of SEO, website analytics, and performance tracking tools. Expertise in web security protocols and best practices to ensure safe, secure websites. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Familiarity with APIs, chatbots, and integrations to enhance website functionality. Knowledge of web hosting, server management, and backup strategies. Ability to work collaboratively across teams, especially with content, design, and marketing departments. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s websites ( \& ), ensuring uptime, security, and performance. Develop, update, and optimize website functionality and visually appealing features using PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL, WordPress, Elementor Pro, AJAX and other related and/or necessary programs. Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and SEO rankings, implementing improvements as needed. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate and manage APIs, chatbot automation, AI Chatbot and eCommerce functionalities. Ensure website security, perform regular backups, and update software/plugins. Collaborate with the teams to implement content updates and digital campaigns. Troubleshoot technical issues, debug errors, and enhance overall website efficiency. Optimize web pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Stay up to date with web technologies, best practices, and emerging trends Work Location: Remote
