Senior Associate - Lending Programs

Get to Know the Role You will report to the Manager, Lending Growth \& Fulfillment and will support the development and execution of commercial initiatives for our client's Lending business. This role is based in Metro Manila with a hybrid work arrangement. You will help drive lending program growth by managing high-priority initiatives across acquisition, activation, partnerships, program performance, and go-to-market execution. This is a strong fit for someone who combines commercial thinking, structured problem-solving, and hands-on execution. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will support the design, launch, and optimization of lending programs for priority customer segments in the Philippines, including merchants, drivers, and consumers. You will manage commercial workstreams end-to-end, including business casing, program tracking, launch readiness, and post-launch performance reviews. You will identify, evaluate, and help execute growth opportunities through partnerships, distribution channels, and ecosystem collaborations. You will work closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Collections, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to deliver programs that are commercially viable and operationally scalable. You will monitor key funnel, portfolio, and profitability metrics; synthesize insights; and recommend actions to improve growth, efficiency, and program quality. You will prepare business updates, performance reviews, and decision materials for leadership discussions and cross-functional forums. You will use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, analysis, workflow efficiency, and idea generation where relevant. What Essential Skills You Will Need You will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, program management, commercial strategy, consulting, fintech, banking, or lending-related roles. You will have demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects or commercial programs from planning through execution and review. You will bring strong analytical capability, with experience using data to assess opportunities, monitor performance, and support business decisions. You will have experience building presentations, business cases, and structured recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers. You will be comfortable working with external partners and internal stakeholders across different functions, with the ability to align parties and move initiatives forward. You will have strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL, dashboards, automation tools, or basic financial modelling is an advantage. You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
