What you'll do: Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django. Build and support RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF). Optimize Django ORM queries and improve application performance. Design and implement scalable API solutions. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications) Technical Skills Strong experience with Python and Django. Extensive experience with Django REST Framework (DRF). Experience optimizing Django ORM queries and application performance. Strong understanding of REST API design, including: API versioning Pagination, filtering, and sorting Error handling and idempotency API documentation and maintenance Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL. Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda. Tools & Collaboration Experience using Git/GitHub for source control. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications At least 5 years of backend development experience. Proven experience building and maintaining production-level applications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
