Job Description

The Role You lead the appointment setter team. Setters spend their day on outbound calls, getting past gatekeepers, reaching decision-makers, qualifying, and booking cleaning-quote appointments. Your job is to make every setter on the team great at that, and keep them great. New setters finish a 5–6 day onboarding and then land on your team green. From that point on, you turn green setters into strong ones, keep strong setters sharp, and hold the standard for everyone. You report directly to the Sales Manager. You are not a task manager. You are a builder of people. Your value is what you get out of the team, not what you personally dial. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, coaches hard, and lives in the numbers. What You’ll Actually Do 1. Assign and manage the work Assign leads and set dial targets per setter. Map the day so every setter knows the plan. Keep activity high and focused. 2. Run the morning Run the team meeting (dial-target review + PDR practice). Run the Wins meeting. Set the energy for the shift. 3. Listen and diagnose Listen to live and recorded setter calls. Find the one behavior costing appointments. Build the coaching list from real calls, not guesses. 4. Coach one-on-one Coach behavior by behavior. Make the setter demonstrate the fix back. Give same-day feedback tied to the exact moment on the call. 5. Hold the standard Verify the work. Run weekly 1:1s. Run the write-up ladder when a setter will not do the job after being coached and trained. Review booked appointments so they are qualified. 6. Create the culture Set the energy in the room. Recognize the right behaviors out loud and on time. Keep the standard something setters want to chase. 7. Own the team’s numbers in Atlas Track dials, talk time, bookings, and sits. Keep pipeline and activity accurate. Spot underperformance early and act on it. Background (non-negotiable) 2+ years in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone sales Experience leading, coaching, or managing phone salespeople (or a clear track record close enough to do it) A personal track record of hitting dial and booking targets Proof you’ve made other people better at booking Experience with a CRM (Atlas preferred) Excellent written and spoken English — clear, confident, and direct Skills (non-negotiable) You can hear a call and name the exact moment it went wrong You coach in the moment and make people perform the fix back You hold people accountable without being a pushover You manage by the numbers and know where everyone stands You’re consistent — you run the same rhythm every shift Personality (non-negotiable) A leader — people perform better because of you Direct — you give honest feedback without softening it into nothing Accountable — you own your team’s results, good or bad Reliable — great attendance, on time, every scheduled day Coachable yourself — you take feedback from above and apply it Setup (non-negotiable) A quality headset with a clear microphone A reliable, high-speed internet connection A backup internet connection if your primary goes down Able to work the night shift cleanly and stay sharp What This Job Is Not Not a hands-off management role. You’re on calls, in coaching, and in the numbers every shift. Not a personal production role. Your value is the team’s sits, not your own dials. Not a role for someone who avoids hard conversations. Holding people accountable is the job. Not a 9-to-5-and-coast role. Your team’s output is your output. Not a slow company. We move fast and we expect you to. If you’re thinking “this is the role I’ve been looking for,” apply. If you’re thinking “I could probably do most of this,” please don’t. The Hiring Process Application review — We respond within 5 business days 30-minute call with the Sales Manager — Talk about your video and your experience Live coaching role-play — We run a mock setter call so we can hear how you coach 2 reference checks Offer Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php62,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
