Work Setup: Remote Schedule Dayshift, with flexibility to work across different time zones About The Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead AI/LLM-related projects and ensure strong operational performance, governance, and service delivery. The Operations Manager will oversee the overall performance and governance of the Statement of Work (SOW) while ensuring day-to-day operations consistently meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) . This is a critical leadership role that requires strong operations and people-management experience, a technology-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies . Key Responsibilities Manage overall operational performance and governance of AI/LLM projects. Ensure day-to-day operations consistently meet SLA and SOW requirements . Partner with Project Managers and Operations teams to identify and resolve service-delivery issues. Lead and support project transitions, setup, and expansion activities . Coordinate the deployment of required resources across Technology, Finance, HR, Security, Facilities, and Communications . Ensure operational processes are aligned with internal strategies and project objectives. Monitor KPIs, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop Team Leaders and operations teams. Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and successful project delivery. Key Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Operations and People Management , including experience managing Team Leaders. Experience working on Generative AI, data labeling, data annotation, content moderation, or Trust & Safety projects . Candidates with progressive experience transitioning from traditional BPO operations to AI-related programs are also encouraged to apply. Exposure to PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Strong technology orientation demonstrated through academic background and relevant professional experience. Proven leadership and people-development skills. Strong interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and emerging technologies . Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
