Role Summary We're looking for a hands-on video, content, and asset creator/editor to own the production of training, education, and enablement video content for Revenue Enablement — with support to Marketing as a secondary function. This is not a graphic design role — it's a well-rounded video and content production role covering shooting or sourcing footage, editing, motion graphics, and packaging content for Help Center walkthroughs, LearnWorlds course content, YouTube, and internal/partner training, with occasional support for marketing and social assets. The role is being created to replace reliance on interns and limited internal capacity, giving the team a dedicated, consistent owner for video and content assets. Key Responsibilities Produce Help Center video walkthroughs and product how-to videos for PH, SG, and MY audiences Create and edit training/course video content for LearnWorlds learning paths and certification tracks Create and edit YouTube content covering product features, training, and updates Support live and recorded training sessions and webinars with video/content assets (recording, editing, packaging for reuse) Create motion graphics and video assets for internal enablement, onboarding, and partner training materials Maintain a consistent visual and editing style aligned with Jaz/Juan Accounting brand guidelines As a secondary function, support Marketing with video content for product launches, blogs, and testimonial/social reels as capacity allows Manage a content production calendar and turn around requests from Revenue Enablement, prioritizing training/education needs over marketing requests Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, templates, and finished assets for reuse Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics production (portfolio/demo reel required) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent, e.g., DaVinci Resolve) Working knowledge of basic motion graphics/animation principles Comfortable shooting simple video content (product screens, talking-head, testimonials) or directing footage capture Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and adapting content for different formats (landscape, square, vertical/Reels) Able to work independently against a content calendar with minimal supervision Good written and spoken English; comfortable receiving direction in Taglish Nice to Have Familiarity with LearnWorlds or other LMS/course-building platforms Experience creating SaaS/B2B product or explainer videos Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding experience Familiarity with SEO-driven video/content practices Experience with AI voice/narration tools Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
