We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying qualified leads for our clients while providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. - Identify and qualify leads based on client criteria and ensure they are passed on to the appropriate team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. - Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about products and services. - Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs to tailor solutions effectively. - Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems to reflect client interactions and lead qualifications. - Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback and proactive problem-solving. - Handle inbound and outbound calls Requirements At least 2 years of Customer Service experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. - Experience in lead qualification is highly desirable. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
