Key Responsibilities • Create and upload new product listings across Amazon marketplaces following internal team instructions • Manage parent/child variation structures, product data attributes, and listing configurations • Enter accurate product information including titles, bullet points, descriptions, materials, sizes, HS codes, tariffs, and images • Upload pricing, inventory, and attribute updates using flat files, StoreFeeder, and Amazon Seller Central • Ensure product content is correctly formatted and aligned with Amazon's category requirements across all marketplaces • Update image sets, A+ content, and brand store elements when provided by the creative team • Run scheduled accuracy checks to keep all content correct and up to date • Monitor listings for suppressions, incorrect size charts, mismatched attributes, image removals, variation breaks, compliance removals, and catalogue merges • Flag listing issues promptly and follow internal instructions to resolve them • Assist in correcting unauthorised or inaccurate detail page edits and coordinate with Amazon Support when required • Keep all content aligned with Amazon listing rules and internal data quality standards • Upload relevant compliance documents as provided • Communicate clearly and professionally across email, Slack, WhatsApp, and Monday.com • Attend scheduled check-ins or daily stand-ups and follow internal SOPs and supervisor direction Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an Amazon catalogue or listing support role • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing processes and flat-file uploads • Solid understanding of parent/child variation structures, product attributes, and catalogue management • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills • Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy • Ability to work independently, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Preferred Skills: • Experience working across multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, US, Canada, UAE) • Familiarity with StoreFeeder or similar multi-channel listing tools • Experience updating A+ content and Amazon brand store elements • Understanding of Amazon compliance requirements and listing suppression resolution • Experience working with Monday.com or similar project management tools • Background in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods e-commerce • Why Join Us: This is a stable, long-term chance to work closely with a high-performing e-commerce team in a well-established operation.
