Role Responsibilities Foster a courteous, supportive, and student-friendly communication environment during all academic interactions. Address chemistry-related questions efficiently and with precision, diagnosing conceptual misunderstandings and learning gaps. Provide logically organized, easy-to-follow explanations using appropriate methods such as reaction pathways, numerical illustrations, chemical equations, and visual representations when required. Participate in follow-up academic discussions to confirm comprehension, adjusting instructional methods based on the student’s educational background and learning needs. Required Qualifications \& Competencies Demonstrated experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, including Physical, Organic, Inorganic, or integrated chemistry courses. Working knowledge of international academic frameworks such as IB, Cambridge CAIE (IGCSE, A-Level), AP, or comparable curricula is highly desirable.
