SAP MM Consultant (Materials Management)

Job Description

Basic Functions: SAP MM Consultants are deployed on-site during implementation up to the go-live period. Their responsibility ends when the projects go-live. Team Leads take part in the training, development, and quality assurance of MM Consultants. They play a more important role than end/power users within the client’s company because they are responsible for the implementation and system configuration based on business requirements, business analysis, improving processes, and looking for new opportunities/services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for business process analysis and engineering across all phases of the project lifecycle, including: ⎯ Project preparation ⎯ Blueprinting ⎯ Configuration, customization, and testing ⎯ End-user training ⎯ Overall client management for SAP projects Assess customer implementation needs, design innovative solutions across various functional domains, and implement these solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform end-to-end Materials Management configuration, specifically: ⎯ Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) release procedures ⎯ Pricing procedures ⎯ Account determination Manage master data migration, including both static and dynamic data. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), key user training, and end-user training. Prepare standard project documentation, including: ⎯ Business Process Blueprint ⎯ Business User Requirements ⎯ Functional Specifications ⎯ End-User Manuals ⎯ Configuration Manuals Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support.Job Specifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related business course Experience in logistics and warehouse management, with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV Completed at least one full-cycle SAP MM implementation (ECC or S/4HANA) Familiarity with implementation methodology and different SAP versions Preferably with experience in a local SAP-enabled manufacturing or distribution company “Applicant Privacy Notice: By submitting your application, you authorize OGIS Philippines, Inc. to collect, process, store, retain, and share your personal information for recruitment, hiring, talent pooling, and employment opportunities relevant to your qualifications, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012\.” Job Type: Full-time Benefits Company Christmas gift Flexible schedule Flextime Health insurance Paid training Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
