Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Entry Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. This role is responsible for managing contact data, supporting lead generation activities, and ensuring accurate information flow between the marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Upload and maintain contact and mailing lists in Zoho CRM, routing records to the appropriate sales representatives Support lead generation efforts through research, list pulls, and automation tools Execute cold email and outreach campaigns with accuracy and consistency Gather and compile marketing data through automated processes and manual methods Track and manage trade show leads and digital link-through activity Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries, routing as needed Follow up with the sales team to ensure timely data processing and record accuracy Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, data entry, or sales support Proficiency with CRM systems; Zoho experience preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets, contact lists, and basic automation tools Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9PM - 6AM MNL Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on all hired candidates.
