Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls and digital communication channels. Duties Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and understanding client needs through effective communication Schedule appointments for sales teams or service providers, ensuring all details are accurately entered into our data management systems Follow up with potential clients via phone to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions Maintain detailed records of interactions, client preferences, and appointment schedules using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and optimize appointment-setting processes Call prospects who have already booked strategy calls to confirm appointments, build trust, and ensure they are prepared for their scheduled consultation Contact newly booked appointments promptly when assigned and maintain fast response times throughout the day Update call notes, lead statuses, and outcomes in GoHighLevel (GHL) Communicate regularly with team members through Slack Qualifications Proven experience in outbound calling, call center roles, or customer support environments is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage clients confidently and professionally Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Ability to analyze client information quickly and adapt communication style accordingly Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and data management Ability to sound natural and conversational while following a structured script Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus Experience with Slack is a plus Reliable internet connection and a professional environment suitable for phone conversations Strong follow-through and attention to detail Schedule Various hours between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday–Friday Must be able to make calls during assigned shifts and respond promptly to newly assigned appointments Compensation $150 base pay plus $5 for each qualified appointment that attends their scheduled call Join us if you’re motivated by connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a positive impact through excellent client interactions!
