Who You’ll Be Working With If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you! You Will Be Responsible For The Following Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap. Scouts, evaluates, and codifies emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns (predictive, generative, and agentic). Partners with business, and enabling teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI adoption. Authors AI playbooks, standards, and guardrails to guide delivery and governance. Leads architecture reviews for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles. Provides strategic thought leadership on AI adoption, internally and externally. We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent. With 3–6 years experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science. Proven hands-on expertise with ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems. Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tooling. Curiosity and ability to research and adapt quickly to emerging AI technologies. Strong technical writing skills for documenting learnings and contributing to publications.
