F5 Global Talent is hiring a Bookkeeper to support a growing bookkeeping team serving multiple businesses. You will start with invoice processing and daily sales entry, then grow into reconciliations, payroll, and broader bookkeeping responsibilities as trust builds. This is a hands-on bookkeeping role for someone who is accurate, organized, and knows when to flag a question instead of guessing. What You’ll Do Enter vendor invoices daily into QuickBooks Desktop Record daily sales and review transactions for anything unusual Reconcile vendor statements, bank accounts, and credit card accounts Support accounts payable, inventory accounting, and cost-of-goods tracking Review entries for accuracy and consistency across multiple files or entities Flag questions early when something does not look right Communicate clearly with the internal bookkeeping team Take on additional bookkeeping responsibilities as trust and familiarity grow What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks Desktop skills Solid understanding of accounts payable Familiarity with inventory accounting and COGS Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good judgment when reviewing transactions and spotting issues Clear written and spoken communication Ability to work independently and keep books clean, organized, and up to date Nice to Have Retail bookkeeping experience Lightspeed POS experience Experience working with multiple QuickBooks company files Bank and credit card reconciliation experience Payroll support experience Important Note This is a hands-on bookkeeping role centered around QuickBooks Desktop.
