Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to support and manage multiple marketing campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, tracking leads, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into real business outcomes. You will play a key part in connecting marketing activity with recruitment performance and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple marketing campaigns across various channels Track and handle incoming leads, ensuring they are properly recorded and followed up Liaise closely with the recruitment team by passing on qualified leads and monitoring progress Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with internal teams to review lead performance and updates Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all lead data is accurate and up to date Oversee and support email marketing campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and performance tracking Build and contribute to a structured marketing data centre for better reporting and insights Analyse campaign and lead data to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness Support B2B relationship management by maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups Requirements Previous experience in a marketing, sales, or CRM-focused role Strong understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing processes Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Good knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Analytical mindset with attention to detail Skills \& Competencies Ability to track and manage data effectively Strong follow-up and coordination skills Commercial awareness and understanding of lead conversion Team collaboration and stakeholder management Problem-solving and process improvement mindset Pay: Php40,000\.00 - Php45,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): Describe your experience managing marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
