Eco-Prime Environmental Consultancy Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Officer to support our growing environmental consultancy practice. Hybrid/Remote Setup (Philippines) Full-Time Key Responsibilities Finance and Bookkeeping Maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books or similar accounting software Record expenses, collections, and disbursements Prepare invoices and billing statements Monitor accounts receivable and payable Payroll and Administrative Support Process payroll and monitor employee records Assist in government contributions and statutory compliance Organize company files and records Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office requirements Proposal Preparation and Documentation Prepare and format proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations Manage email correspondence and client follow-ups Assist in document preparation and project coordination Qualifications ✅ Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related courses ✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word ✅ Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is an advantage ✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently ✅ Good written and verbal communication skills What We Offer ✔ Hybrid or remote work setup ✔ Exposure to environmental consultancy and project management ✔ Opportunities for training and career growth ✔ Salary increase based on performance and regularization Interested applicants may send their updated resume to info@ecoprimeconsultancy.com with the subject line: Application – Finance and Administrative Officer Pay: Php15,000\.00 - Php16,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Fernando (Pampanga, Central Luzon)
