About the Program We're looking for experienced freelance recruiters who specialize in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative, Branding, Design, and Customer Growth roles . As one of our Freelance Recruitment Partners, you'll gain access to priority hiring requirements and collaborate closely with our internal recruitment team to help fill critical positions for our clients. This is a flexible, non-exclusive partnership that allows you to work on opportunities aligned with your expertise while earning commission for every successful placement. What You'll Do As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll help us: Source qualified candidates for priority and hard-to-fill positions Conduct passive candidate outreach through your existing sourcing channels Refer qualified professionals from your network Generate candidate endorsements through our official submission process Maintain accurate candidate information and secure candidate consent prior to endorsement Partner with our recruitment team to help move quality talent through the hiring process Our internal recruitment team will manage all client communication, interviews, hiring decisions, offer discussions, and onboarding. What We're Looking For We're seeking recruiters who have: Previous experience recruiting for eCommerce, Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Social Media, Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative, Branding, Product Marketing, or Marketplace Operations roles Strong LinkedIn sourcing and digital talent networking capabilities Experience identifying creative, marketing, and growth talent across multiple sourcing platforms Familiarity with emerging digital marketing and eCommerce skill sets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organized recruitment practices A commitment to professionalism, candidate experience, and ethical recruiting Commission & Program Benefits Commission for every successful placement Structured two-stage commission payout: 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of 45 days of employment Remaining 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of 90 days of employment No joining fees, quotas, or exclusivity requirements Flexible work schedule—you choose which roles you'd like to support Access to priority hiring requirements and hard-to-fill opportunities Shared candidate tracker with regular status updates Dedicated Viber community for recruiter collaboration, announcements, and real-time support Opportunity to build a long-term recruitment partnership with MultiplyMii How the Program Works 1. Submit your application through our online application form . 2. Qualified applicants will undergo an initial screening. 3. Shortlisted recruiters will be invited to a virtual onboarding session. 4. Upon onboarding, you'll receive access to: Our hiring priority tracker Official candidate endorsement form Shared candidate tracking sheet Recruiter Viber community From there, you can begin endorsing candidates and earning commissions for successful placements.
