About The Role • We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing international team. • In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to merchants through live chat and email, helping them navigate the platform, resolve account and order-related concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll also perform order reviews and quality checks to help prevent production issues before they occur. • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer support through live chat and email while maintaining a professional, friendly, and timely approach. • Assist merchants with account, product, order, and platform-related inquiries. • Guide new merchants through store setup and product creation. • Educate customers on Printify's platform, print-on-demand processes, and best practices. • Build positive relationships with merchants and print providers to ensure a high-quality customer experience. • Review and process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. • Perform pre-production quality checks on artwork, product specifications, and order details. • Identify and resolve order issues before production to minimize delays and errors. • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers. • Investigate order discrepancies, duplicate cases, and processing exceptions. • Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions within internal systems. • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines. Qualifications • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support, order processing, back-office operations, or a similar role. • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, print-on-demand, or online marketplaces is an advantage. • Excellent written English communication skills. • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new technologies. • Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is an advantage. • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy is preferred. • Core Competencies • Customer Focus • Effective Communication • Attention to Detail • Critical Thinking • Problem Solving • Time Management • Adaptability • Process Compliance • Technical Requirements • Reliable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps. • Desktop or laptop capable of supporting work applications. • Backup internet connection is highly preferred. • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
