Job Summary The Marketing Creative Assistant supports the marketing team by providing visual and written content, including social media posts, graphics, and promotional materials, while maintaining brand consistency. The Marketing Creative Assistant designs assets for marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and social media. Marketing Creative Assistant collaborates with marketing, product, and brand teams on creative needs, providing store creative input and developing high-impact point of sales materials and campaigns. They assist with campaign brainstorming and market research to enhance brand visibility, interpreting briefs and transforming concepts into visual executions. Creating static and appealing content across platforms. Key Responsibilities · Graphic design for day-to-day marketing collaterals, which include but are not limited to Klaviyo, social media, website & ecommerce platforms, and ofline channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications. · Content Production: Create, produce, and manage content for social media (photo, video, copy). · Art direction: Assist with the ideation and production of campaign shoots and events. · Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator) and video editing software; knowledge of 3D software is a plus. Leverage AI tools. · Writing, editing, and proofreading social media posts, product descriptions, web content, and newsletters, and making sure they’re in accordance with the latest SEO principles · Increase audience engagement on social media platforms through content · Create unique, user-friendly, and informative content while adhering to the best SEO practices · Complement global assets from principals with localized material that may be used ofline/online, to emphasize and build on unified campaign messaging. Education & Experience: · Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or Multimedia Arts. · Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of design and creative content. Entry-level is also considered · Portfolio: Standout portfolio showcasing creativity and technical execution for diverse platforms, needing attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Applicants are required to provide a portfolio and will be subject to a design test Soft Skills & Traits: · Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. · Attention to Detail: Have a good eye for design and market trends. Meticulous, error-free work. · Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
