JOB POST: Account Manager | Remote | Full-Time | Php35K-40K/Month About The Role We are a growing marketing agency looking for a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is similar to a Project Manager, but with a stronger focus on client communication, relationship management, and retention . Your main responsibility is to make sure clients are happy with our services, projects stay on track, concerns are addressed quickly, and clients want to continue working with us long-term. You will work closely with our Strategists and Creative Team , including our multimedia staff, videographers, video editors, and graphic artists, to coordinate client projects and deliverables. Client Management & Retention Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Maintain strong, professional client relationships Regularly check in with clients and address concerns proactively Follow up on approvals, feedback, assets, and other client requirements Identify potential client issues and coordinate solutions with the internal team Make sure clients understand project progress, deliverables, and next steps Help ensure clients remain satisfied and continue working with us long-term B. Project Coordination Manage client projects, timelines, and deadlines in ClickUp Coordinate with Strategists, multimedia staff, videographers, video editors, and graphic artists Communicate client briefs, feedback, and revisions to the appropriate team members Follow up on pending tasks and deliverables Make sure completed work is properly reviewed and delivered to clients Keep ClickUp updated with project status C. Client Meetings & Onboarding Attend and eventually lead client meetings Take notes and track action items Coordinate client onboarding requirements, assets, and account access Follow up with clients for missing information or approvals Make sure client requests and next steps are properly communicated internally D. Internal Coordination Coordinate between clients and our internal team Help resolve project or communication issues Organize client files and information in Google Drive Help maintain SOPs, checklists, and workflows What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal English communication Professional and confident when communicating with clients Proactive and comfortable following up Able to manage multiple clients and projects Good at problem-solving and handling client concerns Reliable and able to take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable working remotely and independently Experience Is a Plus Account Management Project Management or Project Coordination Client Success or Customer Service Marketing Agency experience Digital Marketing or E-commerce experience Direct Account Management experience is not required. We are open to fast learners who communicate well, are organized, and are comfortable working with clients.
